JOIN US for an end of summer FUNdraiser!

Our favorite community connection event is back bigger and better than ever with PRIZES, RAFFLES, KIDS CONTESTS + MORE!

$60 per team (includes BBQ), or come partake in the food and fun for $10 per person (kids under 10 are free).

Proceeds benefit Project Thank-a-Cop (50%) and MRC Missions (50%). It’s such a joy to partner with great local organizations to make a positive difference for our Long Island communities.

Sponsorship opportunities are available. Get some positive promotion and goodwill for your business by sponsoring one of our boards for $150. Sponsorship includes a team entry (note: do not add a “Team Entry” ticket or you will be charged twice!), and your business logo will be displayed and mentioned during the event. Other sponsorship opportunities exist (e.g., raffle or food donations, sponsor the kids activites, etc.) — contact Joe Garbarino at (516) 359-8877 for sponsorship info!

Registering a team.
Be sure to enter each pair of partners in the “Team(s) Info” box (example: “Joe G + Joshua S”). You may register more than one team, but each person can only be on one team.

Want to compete but don’t have a partner?
Buy yourself a BBQ ticket, and email info@massreformedchurch.org to say you’d like to play but don’t have a teammate. We’ll do our best to match you with another single. If we are successful, we will make arrangements with you for the remainder of the entry fee.

Tourney format.
32 teams. Pool play followed by seeded elimination tournament. Rules of play will be reviewed before matches begin. Cash prizes for the top three teams, and 1st place team wins the coveted cornhole trophy (but don’t boast in anything except the gospel)!

Payment Options.
When you register, you may select to pay securely by credit/debit card (choose “Stripe”) or cash/check (choose “Offline Payment”).

There are three offline payment options:

1. Drop off cash or check to the church office (Mon-Fri 9a-noon or Sun 10a-noon)
   
2. Mail a check to 302 Ocean Ave, Massapequa NY 11758
   
3. Use Zelle (giving@mrc-li.com) with “Cornhole BBQ” as the memo.

These options will be sent to you in a pre-registration confirmation email that you should receive within 48 hours, but much sooner in most cases. (Please contact the church office at 516-799-5158 or info@massreformedchurch.org if you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.)
